The Whiteoaks Lorne Park Community Association is your voice with local leaders and within the community overall  for the betterment of our community. 

Our core focus is to liaise with key influencers/decision makers in our community and to host community events, like the annual Pumpkin Parade and the Holly Jolly Santa Tour. 

Meet the Board of Directors

Your WLPCA is led by a Board of Directors from the Whiteoaks Lorne Park neighbourhood.  Our volunteer Board leads the activities and direction of Whiteoaks Lorne Park Community Association.  The Board of Directors is elected annually at the Annual General Meeting.  We are always looking for new directors, so please consider volunteering. The following is a list of our current Board of Directors.

Yvette Dubajic

Yvette has lived in the Lorne Park area for 15 years with her husband and two sons. She was drawn to this neighbourhood for its strong sense of community and wants to maintain and support the interest and spirit of the neighbourhood. Yvette is a Senior Vice President at PIMCO, one of the world’s premier investment managers. She is a member and actively involved with Women in Capital Markets (WCM).

Sarah becker

Sarah recently moved to Lorne Park after being drawn to its vibrant community, history, and plethora of parks and green space. She looks forward to giving back to her new community by participating on the Board. Sarah enjoys exploring local trails along the water and the various shops and restaurants in and around Lorne Park. She has experience volunteering for several community and professional associations and works as a lawyer called to the Bar in both Ontario and New York.

Sylvie Chicoine

Sylvie has been part of the Lorne Park neighbourhood since 2018, and is looking forward to becoming a long-time member of the community. Sylvie and her family enjoy exploring all the beautiful trails and parks in the area. She is Director, Digital and Planning, at Mosaic Sales Solutions, where she plans and elevates digital ecosystems for top B2B and B2C clients across North America. 

Lalli Marrato

Lalli is a Toronto expat and new resident to Lorne Park. She was drawn to the dynamic community, beautiful parks, tree lined streets and vibrancy the neighbourhood has to offer. She is a strong believer in community engagement and is looking forward contributing and serving on WLPCA’s Board. Lalli a Senior partner and COO at one of Canada’s leading merchant banks, Frontier MCG. Lalli is passionate about supporting & encouraging female leadership, entrepreneurship and innovation.

Catherine Goulding-Jones

Catherine has lived in Lorne Park since 2018 with her husband and daughter. Born and raised in Mississauga, she was always drawn to the strong history and community as well as the mature trees and parks in Lorne Park. By serving the board, she wants to engage, support and maintain the best interests of the community. She has experience volunteering as a member of several community committees and professional associations.  After completing her Doctorate of Pharmacy, Catherine worked as a pharmacist in hospital, academia and the pharmaceutical industry. She is currently a Medical Science Liaison at Abbott Diabetes Care. Catherine enjoys running along the trails, spending time with family and friends on the fairways and tennis courts and exploring local shops and restaurants in Lorne Park.
